We strive for 100% client satisfaction. If you have a complaint, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Support: Email support@spaccetrade.com. Provide your account ID and details.
  2. Escalate to Compliance: If unresolved within 5 business days, email compliance@spaccetrade.com with your support ticket number.
  3. Final Review: We will respond fully within 8 weeks. If you remain dissatisfied, you may refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) in the UK.
